Secondary School

The vast majority of our pupils go on successfully to either Devizes School or Lavington School.

Whilst the majortity of our children still attend these local secondaries, we also have children who go to schools in Calne and Chippenham.

All secondary schools run extensive open day / visit and transition programmes to support the move up, and to help parents choose the right school for their children. We engage in these and support parents and children as much as possible.

At Rowde, we work closely with our local secondary partners, and also with the secondary schools that are part of Acorn Education Trust, so we can ensure that all Rowde pupils leave Year 6 ‘secondary ready’.
