Rowde Academy Friends and Teachers (RAFT)

RAFT is made up of a committee of parents and friends of the school.

We raise funds to purchase the things that the school budget cannot stretch to and can give the children opportunities that they may not otherwise experience. We run regular discos, film nights and family events. We have previously raised funds to purchase playground equipment, reading books for the school library, the PA system, games for the classrooms, coach travel and to subsidise the cost of trips.

You can see our 'year in review' image below which shows what we achieved at the end of the 2025/2026 academic year. We're looking forward to doing even more this academic year!
